Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and 92pak5 (hereinafter referred to as "92pak5", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 92pak5 website accessible at https://92pak5.cam and all associated services offered therein.

By registering an account on 92pak5, accessing the platform, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version (where applicable), the English version shall prevail.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by you on the 92pak5 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback credit or referral credit credited to your Account under applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to you, to register an account and use the Services. 92pak5 strictly enforces age verification through its KYC process. Any account found to be registered by a person below the applicable minimum age will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned to the payment source at the operator's sole discretion.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3.3 One Account Per Person

Only one Account is permitted per person, household, IP address, device and payment method. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in forfeiture of Real Money Funds where fraud is reasonably suspected.

3.4 Exclusions

Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of 92pak5 and any affiliated company are not eligible to register accounts or participate in any promotional offer.

Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

You must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information during registration and to promptly update your Account details in the event of any change. 92pak5 reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at any time.

4.2 KYC Documents

Prior to processing any withdrawal — and at any other time deemed appropriate by 92pak5 — you may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driver's licence), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 92pak5 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Available Methods

Deposit methods available to you will be displayed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Methods referenced on this platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for Pakistani user familiarity only. None of these payment providers endorse, permit or facilitate gambling. Their names appear as contextual references only. 5.2 Currency

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the rate applied by the payment processor at the time of transaction. 92pak5 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party processors.

5.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be processed.

5.4 Own Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legally obtained and are your own funds. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. Any suspicion of money laundering, fraud or use of criminally obtained funds will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with these Terms. Real Money Funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may generally be withdrawn, subject to identity verification.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and the status of your KYC verification. 92pak5 makes no guarantee of specific processing timeframes. Actual transfer times also depend on third-party payment processor timelines, which are outside 92pak5's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier. 92pak5 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.

6.4 Return to Source

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. 92pak5 may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals to an alternative method.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers on 92pak5 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements, where applicable, are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times). Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x requirement necessitates total wagers of PKR 1,00,000 before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a Bonus is active and its Wagering Requirement is incomplete, a maximum bet per wager applies as stated in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the completion of Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than live dealer or table games. Game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering on excluded games does not count toward any requirement.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds not subject to a completed Wagering Requirement within the specified expiry period will be automatically forfeited. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are stated in each offer's specific terms.

7.6 Maximum Cash-Out

Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play. Where a maximum cash-out cap applies, it is stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the stated cap derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited at the operator's discretion.

7.7 Bonus Abuse

92pak5 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably believes that a Player has exploited, abused or sought to circumvent bonus terms. This includes but is not limited to multi-accounting, collusion with other users, systematic exploitation of low-risk betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for an offer.

Betting Rules

8.1 Placing Wagers

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where the Platform provides an explicit cash-out or edit bet functionality for a specific market. Users should carefully verify all bet details before confirming.

8.2 Erroneous Odds

In the event that odds, prices or payout calculations are displayed or communicated in error — including errors arising from technical faults, human error or third-party data feed failures — 92pak5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings arising from manifestly erroneous odds will not be honoured.

8.3 Integrity & Suspicious Events

92pak5 reserves the right to void, suspend or delay settlement of any bet where there is reasonable evidence of irregular wagering patterns, match manipulation or suspected corruption of a sporting event, including PSL or other cricket events. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 92pak5 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its reasonable discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Register more than one Account on the Platform;
• Provide false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, spiders or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access services or scrape data from the Platform;
• Collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploit software bugs, errors, glitches or malfunctions for financial gain;
• Deposit, transfer or attempt to process funds obtained through illegal means;
• Use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Engage in any form of arbitrage designed to exploit price differences across markets or platforms;
• Share, sell or transfer your Account credentials or Account access to any third party;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems or data;
• Violate any applicable law in accessing or using the Services.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 92pak5 reserves the right to close your Account, void all pending bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, 92pak5 may disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities.

Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

10.2 Closure by 92pak5

92pak5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably determines that: the User has breached these Terms; there is suspected fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity; KYC documentation is unsatisfactory; or continuation of the Account conflicts with applicable law or the Platform's risk management obligations.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted through Account settings or customer support. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

92pak5 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues or events outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

11.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak5's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. 92pak5 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.3 Force Majeure

92pak5 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory changes or third-party service provider failures.

Responsible Gambling

92pak5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through their Account settings. Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform.

Gambling should be treated strictly as a form of entertainment. Amendments to These Terms

92pak5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account. The revised Terms will indicate the effective date of the update.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pak5 holds its operating licence. Pakistani users acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may additionally apply to their use of the Platform. This clause is not legal advice; users should seek independent legal counsel regarding their own legal obligations.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 92pak5, you should first contact customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, you may escalate the dispute through the formal dispute resolution channels provided by the operator's licence authority, where applicable.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
